SOURCES
The entirety of this information is comprised of public sources. No NFL QBs were willing to help (just kidding I only know one and he didn’t answer my text).
WHO
NFL Quarterbacks who are listed on a 2023-2024 roster.
OMISSIONS
TOO MANY PRIVACY BARRIERS TO COVER THE BELOW:
1. Stock Portfolios
2. General Endorsements
3. Non-Profit Foundations
We DID include various angel investments because they overlap with significant partnership/ownership.
Big Takeaway
Admittedly, the categorization process was a lot tougher than I envisioned because of category overlap (good problem to have), particularly in the Sports Wellness/CPG category.
Nevertheless, Quarterbacks are not only the face of their organization but in many cases the face of the city. So it should be no surprise that they offer a competitive advantage in Venture Capital and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods). These are some of the most marketable athletes in sports and in 2024 they understand their impact on the aforementioned categories.
Another Fun Takeaway
Jeff Driskel may have one of the more fascinating side hustles in the NFL, SMB acquisition. Pretty cool.
